About the Packages We Offer
No doubt you've probably noticed the packages we offer at the left of this site. These packages were designed to give you an idea of the different levels of service we offer in regards to badware and virii cleanup. In addition to these packages we also offer a customized package to better suit your specific needs.
The customized package offers any of the services listed in the preset packages but at broken-down individual prices. Contact Us if you wish to have a break-down list of prices. We will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible by sending you a PDF file that can be opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader (a free PDF viewer).
And remember...no matter how much effort and work has been put into cleaning your computer...if the urge to use P2P programs arises or you get an itch to download free cursors, etc...you could become infected again. Our members only section will eventually contain tips on how to avoid gettig infected. It's rather easy to do if you know what to be leary of!
The Bronze Package
- Removal of Temporary Internet Files

This is our most basic package. Consider it like an oil change for your car. Getting this done every 3 to 4 months will help to keep your computer running longer, but it will not necessarily protect it from potential virii and badware infections / outbreaks.
The Silver Package
- All Bronze Package Procedures
- Installation / Update of Antivirus Software
- Update of Windows System Files
- Badware Scans
- Removal of Badware Registry Entries
- Editing of System Startup and Service Files
- Removal of Potentially Dangerous Programs
- Standard non-comprehensive Case Cleanup
This package is our most commonly used package because of the cost. Investing in this package when needed will HELP to ensure that your computer is free of virii and all forms of badware; as long as you are careful when installing programs and/or browsing the internet.
NOTE: By utilizing this package or the package above, you are not completely reloading your registry. This means that it's always possible that virii and badware could be lying dormant; hidden deep within your registry and could resurface later without warning or cause. The Gold or Platinum packages involve zero-level formatting your drive and reloading Windows; this ultimately rewrites your entire registry thereby eliminating those pesky hard to find baddies that software may not find as a threat (at least until they are triggered and become active again).
The Gold Package
- Standard non-comprehensive Case Cleanup
- Backup of all Desktop and My Documents files (this does not include programs...ONLY files)
- A Complete Wipe Back to Factory Specs
- Update of Windows System Files
- Installation / Update of Antivirus Software
- Driver Updates
We highly recommend this package or the Platinum package. Wiping a computer back to factory specs will rid your computer of virii and all forms of badware. In addition to wiping and restoring your computer to factory defaults we take extra care to get your system fully up-to-date in regards to Windows Updates, Antivirus Definitions, and Device Drivers. Likewise, if possible, we will make every effort to backup your Desktop and My Documents folders. Additional charges could apply if there are multiple accounts on your computer.
The Platinum Package
- Full Case Cleanup (includes disassembling the casing, cleaning all parts individually within, and reapplying thermal paste to CPU core)
- Backup of all Desktop and My Documents files (this does not include programs...ONLY files)
- A Complete Wipe Back to Factory Specs
- Update of Windows System Files
- Installation / Update of Antivirus Software
- Driver Updates
- Added Bonus (a $30 value if sold separately)
Along with a complete case cleanup which allows your computer to breathe easy again (as if it were brand new) you will also gain access to a member's only section of the RevitaComp website. This member's only section will contain articles on how to keep your computer free of virii and all forms of badware. Various articles (written exclusively by RevitaComp) will walk you through the many different ways your computer can become infected, how to know that you are infected, what being infected could mean to your personal identity, and how to avoid such infections. Additional articles will be added as they are published.
